Individual Therapy Services
I offer individual therapy sessions for adults. Sessions are usually of 50-60 minutes length and are conducted in-person or via telehealth (video or phone). Telehealth sessions ensure flexibility and convenience. Clients can access therapy sessions from any location such as the comfort of their own home or office. A link to a secure telehealth platform will be provided prior to sessions.

Medicare Rebate
Under the Australian Government's Better Access Initiative Australian residents with a valid Medicare card are able to access subsidised psychological treatment. Clients on a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) are currently eligible to receive rebates for 10 individual (and 10 group -) sessions per calendar year. Please speak to your GP or psychiatrist about your eligibility for a MHTP and referral.
